Let's have a conversation.
Past 25 seats we send an order form and an invoice, not a card. Tell me where your people are and I’ll come back with what we could run and what it would cost.
Smaller than that? Set it up yourself — at or under 25 seats you never have to talk to me.
- 01Tell us where your people are
Names, emails, offices. Ten minutes, or a CSV.
- 02We find the clusters
Six or more in one city. We name the ones we cannot run yet.
- 03You approve and pay
Per person per month, for the people in a cluster we run.
- 04We build the tables
Six, by hand, across teams. Never a manager and their own report.
- 05One thing a month, booked
We pick it, pay the venue, chase the RSVPs, rebook when one cancels.
- 06You get the report
Who came, how many met someone outside their team, one anonymous question.
6 people in one city is a cluster. Below that we tell you how many more you would need, and run nothing until then. $99 a month for each person in a cluster we run, and nothing for anybody else.
A seat is a chair at a table, and you are billed for chairs. A table is four to six people, so everybody in a city we run gets one.
Four cities: New York, Seattle, Chicago and Washington. What you buy is the activity, the city and the date — bouldering in Seattle on the 14th — and we do the booking. That is deliberate: when somewhere cannot take us, you get the evening you were promised at a different address rather than a cancellation, because the address was never the promise. If your biggest cluster is somewhere we do not run, we will tell you to wait rather than bill you for it.
