A seat is a chair at a table, and you are billed for chairs. A table is four to six people, so everybody in a city we run gets one.
The two numbers
Per person in a cluster, per month. Venue, booking, chasing and the report are inside it.

Per person per month, billed once for twelve. Worth it only if you already know you want the year. Start with a quarter if you don’t.

A seat is one chair at one table, in a cluster we can run — today that means New York, Seattle, Chicago and Washington. Below 6 in a city there is no cluster and nothing is billed; your dashboard says how many more you need.
The first month is a pilot. If it isn't working, say so before the second session: we stop, and we refund it. You keep the report either way. After the first quarter it is month to month, cancelled in the dashboard.
What that comes to
Seats are fewer than headcount, because we only bill the cities we can run. Inside one, everybody gets a chair: a table is 4 to 6 people, so the tables bend to the city rather than the city being cut to fit the tables. Three shapes companies actually turn up in.
At or under 25 seats you start on a card in the dashboard — up to $2,475 a month. Above that the bill opens at $2,574 a month, which wants an order form and an invoice, so that is what we send.

- The venue
- Every session, paid by us. No activity budget to top up, no invoice from a climbing gym.
- The matching
- Tables of 4 to 6 built by hand across teams, rebuilt every 3 months so the room keeps changing.
- The chasing
- Calendar invites, reminders, a headcount four days out, a rebook when a venue cancels on us.
- The report
- One email a quarter, counting who met whom.
- Changing your mind
- Add and remove people whenever. Seats are recounted at the next invoice, never mid-month.
Outside it
- Anyone's own dinner
- Where a session is a meal, people pay their own bill. It comes up often enough to say.
- Cities we can't run
- New York, Seattle, Chicago and Washington today. A cluster somewhere else can sit on your list — we will not bill you for it or pretend we are running it.
- Travel
- Nobody is asked to get on a plane. If they were, this would be an offsite, and you already have one of those.
